This Privacy Policy explains what information InboundForward receives, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled by InboundForward through the website, scheduling and intake tools, email, video meetings, and consulting engagements. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services described below.

2. Information we collect

InboundForward receives personal information only when you voluntarily provide it or when limited technical information is processed to operate the website.

Information you provide

• Scheduling information: your name, email address, appointment details, and answers to booking questions when you schedule through Calendly.
• Intake information: responses submitted through a Google Forms questionnaire, including details about your business, goals, marketing, systems, and priorities.
• Communications: your email address and the information you include when you email InboundForward or communicate about an engagement.
• Meeting and service information: information you choose to share during Google Meet calls or while receiving consulting services.

Technical information

InboundForward does not place cookies or tracking technologies on the website. Vercel, the website host, may process standard server information such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, request time, and requested page for security, reliability, and delivery of the website.

3. How information is used

InboundForward uses personal information only when reasonably necessary to:

• schedule, confirm, reschedule, and conduct checkups, meetings, and consulting sessions;
• understand your business and prepare for or deliver requested services;
• communicate about an inquiry, proposal, engagement, deliverable, or support request;
• operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website and related services;
• maintain business, accounting, tax, and legal records; and
• comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, or protect legal rights.

InboundForward does not use your information for unrelated marketing unless you consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing choongie@gmail.com.

4. How information is shared

InboundForward does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. Information is processed by providers that support scheduling, intake, communication, meetings, calendar management, and website hosting.
• Legal obligations and protection. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; to enforce an agreement; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of InboundForward or others.
• Business transition. If the practice is reorganized, sold, or transferred, relevant information may be included in that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.
• With your direction or consent. Information may be shared when you ask InboundForward to do so or give permission.

5. Third-party services

The following services may receive information when you choose to use them. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Calendly: appointment scheduling and booking questions.
• Google: Google Forms for intake questionnaires, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Meet for video calls.
• Vercel: website hosting and related security and server operations.

Links to or use of these services may take you outside InboundForward’s website. Review the provider’s privacy policy before submitting information if you have questions about its practices.

6. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The InboundForward website itself does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or JavaScript. InboundForward does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals because it does not track visitors across websites. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit or use them.

7. Data retention

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including the duration of an inquiry or engagement, follow-up related to requested services, and any period required for legal, accounting, or tax records. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, InboundForward will delete it or take reasonable steps to make it no longer identifiable.

8. Security

InboundForward uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small consulting practice and relies on established service providers for scheduling, forms, meetings, calendar functions, and hosting. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Please do not send passwords, payment card information, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email or through an intake form.

9. Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by InboundForward by emailing choongie@gmail.com. To protect your information, InboundForward may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when necessary to complete an engagement, preserve business or tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, or meet a legal obligation. If a request cannot be completed in full, InboundForward will explain why when legally permitted.

10. Children

InboundForward provides business consulting services and is not directed to children under 13. InboundForward does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email choongie@gmail.com so it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.

11. Visitors outside the United States

InboundForward operates from Arizona, United States. If you use the website or services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law grants you additional privacy rights, you may contact InboundForward to exercise them.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, technology, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate additional notice when required.
