We'll look at how customers discover your business and what happens after they contact you. Bring one or two concerns you'd most like to work through.

- How you handle inquiries and follow-up.
- What's confusing, time-consuming, or difficult to measure.
- Where a closer review or a practical fix could help.
Separate a quick fix from a closer review
The checkup is an initial conversation. Detailed testing and account reviews are separate paid work, so we'll identify anything that needs a closer look.
Decide whether you'd like help
If there's a good fit, I'll explain the work I recommend and what it would cost. You decide whether to move forward.
What happens after the checkup?
You may leave with a useful priority to handle yourself. If a closer look would help, we can scope a Marketing Review & Action Plan. If the work is already clear, we can discuss a defined implementation project.
Ongoing support is another option when there is useful work to do regularly. It isn't a requirement for getting help with one problem.
